Analyst, Reporting and Performance, Remarketing

Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations.  Role Summary Reporting to the Lead Business Intelligence Analyst, Remarketing, this individual will serve as a data analyst for the Remarketing team at Rivian. This position will be responsible for reporting on various avenues of the Remarketing business including financial and operational performance, inventory management and ad-hoc data analysis. This individual will be accountable for maintaining accuracy in generated reports and providing meaningful context to data to cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has experience working in automotive/tech with experience in manipulation of large sets of data. This individual should be organized understand priorities between multiple projects. The Remarketing Department needs a data-driven professional to support a critical component of Rivian's business. This role is a hybrid position, with the ideal candidate based within Southern California. Responsibilities In this role, you will support Remarketing’s business intelligence division by collecting and validating data to ultimately drive business decisions The ideal candidate for this role will maintain and analyze data to track KPIs related to Remarketing’s projects and businesses This individual will support the development of tools, reports, and presentations that will be used across operational and leadership team Thru data, you will identify trends, issues and potential solutions for operational processes that could be used to improve business performance Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and reconcile any discrepancies in data Qualifications BA/BSc degree in relevant focus - e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Analytics, Statistics Minimum 1 year of experience in reporting and analytics Strong technical experience with Microsoft Excel required  Very comfortable working with large sets of data Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks accordingly Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve intuitively Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Data driven with an understanding of cause-and-effect relationships Knowledge of used vehicle values, auctions, or experience within the automotive industry is strongly preferred Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well with all levels of internal leadership and staff  Experience with Tableau and SQL preferred High level of attention to detail and accuracy Excellent ability work independently and within a team environment   Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California Based Applicants : [ $121,000 - $139,000 ] (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
