Mason is looking for an Account Manager who will  partner with Sales and Customer Success Management to execute growth, retention and renewals strategy for our customers. They are accountable for the revenue retention, lease renewals, expansion of secured revenue streams and finding new business  opportunities for their assigned customer base. This role is focused on building long-term customer value through developing trusted relationships, contributing to the P&L of new and existing business at the customer, and promoting new strategic initiatives that align Mason’s solutions to the customers needs and values. You will be measured on annual recurring revenue (ARR) retention and new ARR growth. This role will give you the opportunity to take advantage of your people skills, product and domain expertise as we build out an Account Management team.   Mason needs a combination of grit, smarts, ingenuity, and diverse perspectives (and more!). What You’ll Do Identify, secure and nurture executive sponsorship within your book of business to solidify business relationships and opportunities   Work cross-functionally to drive revenue growth across a portfolio of customers through strong forecast management & identification of additional business opportunities In conjunction with our Customer Success Managers, cultivate relationships across your portfolio of assigned clients, connecting with key business executives from C-level on down Partner with assigned Customer Success Managers on strategic accounts to deliver scheduled strategic reviews to key business contacts Maintain a strategic presence within the accounts and support complex initiatives through direct ownership or project management with cross-organization involvement Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management Use Salesforce effectively to run the sales process from lead generation to close and maintain relevant data Negotiate contracts for emerging business opportunities and renew/ renegotiate existing contracts  Establish new business opportunities with targeted accounts through networking, qualifying and closing techniques. Establish buying influences, budgets and purchasing criteria for clients Meet assigned revenue quotas by developing and maintaining business relationships, creating and implementing sales strategies and tactics, that build the business and brand.  Working with Customer Success Management, work to maintain high-level customer loyalty and build trust and integrity.   What you bring to the table:  Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, communications or related field.   8+ years Account Management experience in HaaS, SaaS or technology environment. Experience developing and selling sophisticated business solutions at the C-Suite level Experience managing 7+ figure accounts and growing a dedicated book of business. Outstanding communication and presentation skills to C-level executives Ability to influence internal and external decision-makers and get results Strong time management and prioritization skills A curiosity to learn our customers’ business problems and use cases.   Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills.   Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Considerable interpersonal skills are mandatory, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.   Bonus points for:  Worked in a fast paced startup or new business unit environment Success in enterprise account management managing custom product and service implementations Experience in IoT, mobile software, system integration, new product development Experience with medical device industry or healthcare Experience working with hardware or physical devices Comp Range: $110,00 - 136,000 USD Benefits and Perks: Remote-forward: Employees may choose to work fully remote, in-office, or hybrid.
