Role Summary
As an Implementation Manager at Xealth, you will be dedicated to implementing Xealth’s SaaS products into mission-critical, Health IT environments. In this role you’ll own the delivery and integration of Xealth’s and its partner’s solutions. You will regularly partner with internal teams, customers, and vendors on the integration of our platform into hospital management or EMR/EHR systems, and you will work closely with IT and executive stakeholders to deliver software solutions into Enterprise Health systems nationwide.
Specific responsibilities include duties in Client Account Management, Client Onboarding, Use Case Identification and Implementation, Post Implementation Support, and may include other duties as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Chair and manage Xealth internal weekly meeting for assigned health system
Manage and facilitate weekly tactical calls between Xealth and the health system
Onboarding Responsibilities:
Develop and draft the health system implementation timeline
Communicate the health system implementation timeline internally with Xealth and externally with the client
Coordinate internal Xealth work for onboarding a new Health System, including coordinating weekly status meetings
Open and manage all Onboarding JIRA tickets with Xealth engineering
Initiate VPN setup process with health system
Create and maintain Partner Configuration Tracker
Use case Identification and Implementation:
Facilitate discussions with client about workflow design in order to successfully transition from a concept proposal to a use case specification
Source needed information and details to inform the use case specification
Own end to end completion of the use case specification
Use internal tools to configure the details of the use case specification
Support integrated testing activities with the client and vendor, if applicable
Own and execute dataset approval process for use cases with vendors as appropriate
Develop go-live plan and support plan for client
Work with team resources internally and externally to track and manage timelines for implementing use cases
Post Implementation Support
Own and execute annual data governance process with health system for integrated partners
Requirements for the Implementation Manager role:
A passion for improving healthcare through technology
5+ years of technical project management experience, ideally focused on Enterprise applications, including experience managing the integration of software into complex environments and the technologies involved (APIs, RESTful Web Services, XML, HL7, FHIR, etc)
3+ years of Healthcare Industry experience, preferably including at least some time inside a Health System working with Clinical Users
Experience with Epic configuration - knows master file structure and clinical workflows
Ability to successfully work across various stakeholders including Users, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Product Management
Proven ability to keep multiple projects on track at the same time, with a strong attention to detail
Ability to triage & prioritize support requests against multiple projects with a focus on customer satisfaction
Demonstrated ability to build strong, trusted relationships with colleagues and clients
Relevant experience with HL7 Interfaces, charting interfaces, FHIR, working with clinical data sets, or equivalent experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Compensation & Benefits
Xealth offers a multi-tiered approach when constructing a highly competitive compensation package. The compensation package would include a base salary, equity, and a comprehensive suite of benefits.
The compensation range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 + equity
