We are seeking an experienced, and highly motivated CRM Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our CRM operations and collaborating with our engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of our CRM strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in people management, collaborating with engineering teams, as well as experience with marketing automation tools and technology. What You'll Do Manage a team of CRM specialists to ensure the successful implementation and execution of our CRM strategies. Lead the development and implementation of CRM campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and with a high degree of accuracy. Identify opportunities to optimize our CRM processes and workflows, working with stakeholders to implement changes as needed. Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to support their growth and development. Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and implement custom CRM solutions that meet the needs of our business. Manage technical projects, track progress towards milestones, and keep tabs on all the moving parts of agile planning and development cycles.   Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in CRM operations with increasing responsibility, including people management, collaboration with engineering teams, and a high-level of expertise in email marketing technology and practices. Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools and technologies. Experience in building and deploying omni-channel messaging, including, email, push, SMS. Experience with developing and executing multivariate tests, complex multi-channel journeys, ad-hoc and automated campaigns. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of developing and leading high-performing teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and insights from data. Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills. Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize.   The salary range for this role is $107,000 to $135,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. An employee’s pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.
