Payroll Analyst

As Payroll Analyst, you will help to maintain a productive and rewarding work environment for our employees by ensuring that payroll is processed smoothly and accurately, and that questions are answered and issues are resolved in a timely and friendly manner. In this role you will serve as liaison to employees and payroll vendors to ensure payroll processing accurately reflects company specific pay policies. What You Get To Do Every Day Support day-to-day payroll administration and time reporting for 1,300+ exempt and non-exempt employees Ensure timely and accurate calculation and delivery of employee pay, deductions and taxes Build and generate payroll reports Document payroll processes and procedures Answer employee questions and resolve problems regarding payroll Verify compliance with federal and state payroll requirements; stay current with changes in the law Auditing of internal records, , workers compensation, tax filings and related documentation Calculate commission and stock options  Coordinate payroll vendor system implementations and upgrades. Interprets pay policies, (e.g., vacation, LOA, disability, workers compensation, union contracts, government regulations, withholding exemptions, etc.) and ensures appropriate amounts/deductions are calculated and applied to the various accounts correctly Perform other HR duties as needed What You Bring To The Role Minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience Requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience The desire to work and learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment A Bachelor' degree and two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Payroll processing experience. (ADP knowledge is a plus!) To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
