We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the roadmap. The Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction as a priority. We are looking for someone with a passion for improving user experience through automations and tooling. A team player who can work with Signifyd’s GTM (Go-To-Market) teams to understand and help solve complex problems. Responsibilities : Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports. Lead major projects as a solution architect and guide/mentor junior resources within the team. Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new Salesforce development requests. Work with the organization to support administrative, development, and change management activities. Develop and implement a platform governance strategy and related tactics. Assist in training of new users, and grow Salesforce adoption across the organization. Document integrations with Salesforce and external systems. Research Salesforce.com capabilities as needed to suit business requirements, and provide a gap analysis. Evaluate Automation tooling to fit our tech stack and business needs. Document and create enablement collateral. Proactively manage Salesforce data hygiene.   In the first 30-Days you will Attend team meetings and get to know team members and their roles. Learn about the company's sales processes, business model, and data management practices. Get familiar with Signifyd’s Salesforce platform and its components, including dashboards, reports, workflows, and automation tools. Review existing Salesforce configurations, reports, and data to gain an understanding of current business needs and pain points. Meet with stakeholders to understand their requirements, expectations, and feedback on the current Salesforce setup.   In the first 60-Days you will Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them. Implement new configurations, workflows, and automation to streamline sales processes and improve data accuracy and integrity. Optimize existing reports and dashboards to provide insights and analytics that support data-driven decision-making. Create documentation and training materials to support end-users and ensure consistent usage of Salesforce. Develop relationships with other teams (e.g., marketing, customer service) to identify opportunities for cross-functional collaboration and integration.   In the first 90-Days you will Monitor Salesforce usage and data quality to identify issues and opportunities for further improvement. Work with stakeholders to prioritize and implement new Salesforce features and enhancements. Provide ongoing support to end-users, including troubleshooting, training, and answering questions. Identify and address potential security and compliance risks in Salesforce.   Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator Certified Salesforce Administrator Strong technical and functional proficiency in Salesforce administration tasks including, and not limited to: profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, roles, workflows, processes, flows, validation rules, approval processes, email alerts, advanced formulas, custom objects, reports, dashboards, page layouts, record types, Lightning pages, and installed packages Ability to assess and implement the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes Experience with automation platforms such as LeanData, Alteryx a plus Experience working out of a project management tool, such as a Jira Exposure to business intelligence tools, such as Looker or Tableau a plus Proven ability to implement new processes and facilitate user adoption Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex Salesforce concepts Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, and a bias for action Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Proficient with data manipulation and maintenance with Excel, Data Loader, and other tools Experience documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and/or policies Experience training individuals, groups, and first-time Salesforce users Signifyd provides a base salary, bonus, equity and benefits to all its employees.
