As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in Podium’s recruiting process. You will be the go to person for all logistics and own the overall candidate experience. You will be the first face that candidates meet and connect with and the first line of defense where it comes to candidate experience.
The ideal candidate wants to develop their skills and potentially a career in recruiting. They can multitask and prioritize multiple tasks at once, and can thrive in the ambiguity of a start-up environment. We would love to see a passion for technical or G&A recruiting. We’re looking for candidates who pay attention to detail, are go-getters, and have a visionary perspective!
What you will be doing:
Support the recruiting team to facilitate candidates through the interview process, acting as the liaison between candidates and interviewers
Work with candidates to schedule interviews
Provide an exceptional experience for candidates -- hosting all interviews -- as well as communicating with the candidates and answering questions
Keep candidates continually informed throughout the hiring process
Assist in developing, implementing, and updating recruiting procedures and processes
What you should have:
1+ year recruiting/office coordinating experience, and/or administrative support
Passion around creating a phenomenal people-focused candidate experience
A positive personality and would be willing to jump in and help with special projects
Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently with little to no supervision, strong decision-making abilities, and attention to detail are critically important.

Strong work ethic, high sense of urgency, and ability to deliver results in tight timeline
Interest in building a career in recruiting / people operations
Ability to professionally collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization
