The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco:
Moloco is seeking an experienced executive to manage the growth of the Retail Media Platform in US and EMEA. This is a technical product that requires a strong understanding of the retail media business model and how machine learning helps drive business outcomes. Success in this role will be assessed by hitting revenue targets, which will require closing and building out a footprint of partnerships across the commerce and retail media landscape.
What we’re looking for:
Ability to engage and communicate with business owners and C-level executives to sell, manage, and grow a deep technical advertising solution.
Can build a robust pipeline of partnerships, comfortable tracking down and pitching decision makers. Has an established track record of beating revenue and deal targets.
Team builder that can manage career development of high caliber colleagues.
Understands and can engage with partners at the executive level on the economics of performance advertising and commerce media, and how machine learning can build them a durable and robust ads business.
Ability to grow product implementations through a consultative approach that incorporates a deep understanding of performance advertising key metrics and drivers.
What you’ll do:
Prospect and pitch to build a pipeline and close a network of commerce and retail platforms to provide machine learning for them to build their own ads business. Hit assigned revenue targets.
Manage and develop a team of business development professionals and strategic growth managers.
Represent Moloco in industry conferences and speaking engagements.
What you’ll need to succeed:
BA/BS Degree with a minimum of 10 years + experience in AdTech, retail media industry
Growth mindset and ability to achieve revenue goals.
Strong communication skills, ability to engage deeply with business owners to build trust and establish confidence in Moloco’s platform.
Strong team building and management capabilities for a geographically distributed team.
Network and relationships across commerce, retail, and marketplace businesses, especially the teams running the ads businesses.

Our Compensation And Benefits (for California & New York State Residents Only )
Base Compensation Range: $274,680.00 - $412,020.00
In accordance with California & New York state law, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.

Base Compensation Range: $274,680.00 - $412,020.00
