Call Center Representatives (Client Services Representative)
We are looking for a few amazing Call Center Representatives (also known as a Client Service Representatives) that have a passion for working with clients to join our hybrid /remote team.
We value our clients, and our call center representatives must have a significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy as you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact. This work is incredibly rewarding and equally challenging.

About this position:
Hybrid/Remote Team- This role will be remote in South Dakota
This office is based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota: Flexible to come in for team offsites or IT support if needed

Client Service Representative Essential Responsibilities:
Answer high volume, fast paced, incoming phone calls (approximately 50 calls) emails, fax, and webchats with professional etiquette
Identify and assess clients’ needs to achieve and exceed client satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools in accordance with company procedures
Keep records of client interactions, process client requests and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and departmental policies and procedures

High School Diploma or equivalent
1-2 years Customer Service experience
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent phone etiquette.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of clients
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time in an office setting or in home office setting while working.
Desired Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in related fields may substitute for the preferred education.
Building and maintaining long-term professional relationships
Strong problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
