The opportunity: We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Implementation Management to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to establish and standardize the Global Implementation Methodology that will be utilized across our organization. The ideal candidate should have the ability to drive implementation workflow and should have extensive experience managing cross-functional projects.  What you’ll do: Support an environment of coaching, feedback, learning and development Support and execute the Global Implementation Methodology designed with flexibility for varied customers and services. Actively engage with all staff levels driving cross-functional alignment and communication consistently across the entire global network. Partner with Sales and Account Management assessing and guiding the client through the implementation lifecycle including engaging in implementation related pre-sale activities. Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key functional teams, Summarize and report out on implementation project status to leadership (commercial, business, and operational) highlighting any barriers to success and proposing mitigation strategies.  Centralize and manage risks, issues and feedback, following the escalation path and recommending proper prioritization.  Recognize and identify themes instituting both short-term and long-term resolutions. What you’ll need: 7+ years of work experience in freight forwarding, international logistics, or supply chain consulting industries A leadership track record of 3+ years of progressively increasing responsible experience leading and developing teams in a dynamic and diversified environment Excellent business, operational, analytical and strategic planning skills with demonstrated strong attention to working in a highly collaborative culture A consistent track record of success in scoping, planning, starting and finishing client facing cross functional projects; Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, including being able to present to all levels of an audience Strong interpersonal communication skills that inspire, motivate and build trust, and result in effective working relationships with colleagues and business partners Ability to lead through ambiguity and adapt as needs change with a high degree of initiative and sense of urgency. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range displayed, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and / or training. The US base salary range for this full-time position: (exclusive of bonus, equity and benefits.) $116,000 — $145,000 USD
