ABOUT THE TEAM:  Retool’s Customer Success teams help guide our customers on how to leverage Retool to create a dramatic shift in how they operate and build applications. We are responsible for advising and guiding a wide variety of customers, ensuring they activate Retool successfully, adopt it widely and ultimately recognize business value. There’s always new ways to leverage Retool so our work to imagine and build is never done!  WHY WE’RE LOOKING FOR YOU:  We are looking for curious, smart and collaborative Customer Success Managers to join and build our Scale motion. Our goal is to focus on high impact customer engagements to maximize our impact across our customer base and identify opportunities to run one to many success programs. We partner closely with Account Executives to understand customers’ business objectives and identify ways we can deliver increased value through broader and more mature use of Retool. We also have an amazing team of Deployed Engineers to help our customers bring their vision to life.  IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: Partner with customers through their journey on Retool, being prescriptive to focus on the highest impact opportunities.  Create a joint vision with customers on how to leverage Retool for their business needs. Identify common customer challenges or opportunities, and actively suggest better solutions.  Partner with customers to share the value of Retool with their organization, and help drive customer references and case studies. Represent the voice of the customer to help us build the best product for our customers. Find opportunities to implement one to many programs that can efficiently drive customer outcomes at scale. THE SKILLSET YOU'LL BRING: 5+ years experience driving success with enterprise customers. SaaS customer success, consulting experience, account management or sales organization experience are a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and experience quickly building customer relationships at every level. Comfort speaking to and partnering with a technical audience.  Curiosity to work across all types of departments, exploring limitless use cases.  Ability to adopt the approach of continuous improvement and actively contribute to how we operate as a team.
