What will I be doing?
Understand the scope of the implementation and set expectations with customer and internal stakeholders on timelines, effort estimates, and scope of data migration from legacy / competitor applications.
Minimize uncertainty, and maintain effective communication with customer as appropriate
Create or Contribute to the project plan and execute against the plan while identifying and mitigating internal and external risks and dependencies
Understand scope of data migration for key software and different data migration strategies
Keep updated on the latest product releases and use product knowledge to assist team with solutioning requirements, integration capabilities and setting customer expectations.
Mentor and onboard new team members for a timely ramp up
Ensure customer concerns are addressed during the implementation cycle and hypercare support
Track project closure activities and completion of organizational processes.
Coordinate with customers, product team, shared services teams, 3rd party vendors based on engagement model to prioritize accounts
Help the implementation teams with goal prioritization and resource allocation
What Skills do I need?
Strong project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication Skills
Strong logical, analytical and problem solving skills
PMP is an added advantage
A 4 year degree in engineering or equivalent
A minimum of four years’ work experience in project management
8 - 10 years of experience in managing projects & teams of different sizes (small and large)
Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing, start up environment
Ability to understand, articulate and manage customer expectations
Ability to manage team and collaborate with cross functional teams
Negotiation & Consultative Abilities
Strong understanding of business & technology
Ability to understand technical problems and provide technical solutions to the team
Ability to prioritize projects and deliverables.
Ability to interact with global customers and work across time zones
Experience in the wellness/spa industry a plus.
