Job Intro:
In this role, you will harness your passion for operationalizing partnership programs with Verana’s three critical Registry partners - the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Academy of Neurology and the American Urological Association. You will be responsible for bringing together cross-functional teams to drive initiatives key to the long-term success of our Registry Partnerships and Provider Network. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholder expectations to drive innovative projects forward. This is an exciting and impactful role for an exceptional, versatile operations leader.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing Verana’s day-to-day interactions with its Registry Partners and supporting service offerings for our Provider Network
Working cross functionally with the Verana team to push forward critical joint Registry <> Verana initiatives
Monitoring and reporting on goals and objectives for these partnerships both internally and with our partners
Balancing Registry asks with Verana’s core business needs
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience
Proactive operations management expertise
Experience driving forward cross-functional, multi-stakeholder programs
Ability to uncover innovative solutions that meet the needs of both Registry Partners and Verana’s Business
Roadmap and communicate insights with multiple internal and external stakeholders and other teams, gathered from working with both the society side as well as current and potential life science/pharmaceutical customers
Identify new society opportunities and managing the process for building new society partnerships
Work with Registries on developing quality measures that can strengthen MIPS incentives to contribute data
Possess patient empathy and an intuitive provider-focused mindset
Passionate for data-driven healthcare innovation
Bonus Experience
Familiarity with CMS’s MIPS program
Healthcare data insights expertise
Previous regulatory affairs, healthcare administration/economics, and/or pharma/clinical trials involvement preferred

We construct our compensation ranges based on the US national average but your pay may vary depending on your location and the cost of living index for that geographic area. In determining an offer, base salary will also be based on experience, qualifications, skills and market conditions. Please note pay ranges for major metropolitan areas may be different. National Pay Range $131,750 — $178,250 USD
