Verana Health is looking for a Principal Real World Evidence/ Outcomes Research who can lead early engagement with customers to collaboratively build opportunities converting RWD to RWE strategies. We see this person as a senior level, seasoned individual contributor, reporting up through the commercial organization.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with business development to seek out and identify new revenue opportunities at existing and potential clients.
Collaborate with customers to understand project objectives and stakeholder needs, and build solutions to achieve goals.
Take a lead role in proposal development to ensure that actionable, on-target and timely proposals are provided to clients.
Available as an internal resource for project teams to ensure achievement of efficient and effective project delivery.
Represent customer view and needs to internal teams to inform internal strategies and areas of future focus.
Requirements
A minimum of 10 years life sciences consulting experience or equivalent .
PharmD, Master's/PhD in epidemiology, biostatistics (or related) or bachelors degree with 10+ years experience.
Strong experience around innovative study design.
Experience in Clinical Development and Clinical Trials, within Pharma and/or CRO.
Extensive experience designing and executing retrospective database studies for life sciences.
Experience with RWD sources and RWE strategies.
Knowledge of FDA/regulatory guidelines and future focus.
Familiar with sell and deliver model, or sales and delivery experience.
Consulting experience preferred.

We construct our compensation ranges based on the US national average but your pay may vary depending on your location and the cost of living index for that geographic area. In determining an offer, base salary will also be based on experience, qualifications, skills and market conditions. Please note pay ranges for major metropolitan areas may be different. National Pay Range $200,000 — $220,000 USD
