The legal issues you'll encounter are cutting edge and always evolving. The successful candidate will be skilled at building strong relationships, working in the unknown while balancing legal risks, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is a hybrid position with the expectation of being in-office at least 2-3 days a week.   What You’ll Do:  Managing litigation/arbitration calendars and files Conducting legal investigations, gathering documents, and preparing timelines Tracking regulatory updates from both state and federal agencies. Assisting with state licensing processes. Providing general assistance to the legal and compliance teams as needed.   What We Look For:  2+ years of experience in an in-house and/or law firm environment with experience in financial regulation or fintech a plus. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. The ability to work with team members at all levels and across departments resourcefully, proactively and efficiently. Proficiency in our servicing systems and platforms, including but not limited to Spectrum, VQ, Jira, and Zendesk. Attention to detail and strong decision-making abilities.
