About the team
Our Host Onboarding team is expanding to keep up with the demand for cars in the Turo marketplace. We’re looking for a Host Onboarding Specialist to further accelerate our growth by growing our vehicle supply and fulfilling our mission to put the world’s billion+ cars to better use.
You’ll build our host community to broaden our selection of listings across the country. As a Host Onboarding Specialist, you’ll help us develop and test different channels and types of messaging to drive more vehicle supply.

What you will do
Orchestrate phone calls with hosts to accelerate their profitability and growth on the Turo platform
Conduct webinar presentations to prospective hosts to educate on hosting best practices and onboard them
Learn and execute upon the multiple strategies used to help hosts build their knowledge on hosting and be willing to try new strategies
Educate new hosts about our platform and policies to build high-quality supply
Use discretion to guide conversations successfully by innovating and iterating on existing operating practices and playbooks
Gather product/experience feedback and communicate findings to the relevant teams at Turo
Execute on assigned projects and summarize findings with recommendations to management team
Demonstrate sound judgment in complex situations to achieve goals
We're a small team in a dynamic startup environment; you may be called upon to support the Host Onboarding team in other capacities, such as supporting live events or partner meetings
Your profile
Flexibility with time, you will start by working a Tuesday-Saturday schedule, with the ability to eventually transition into a Monday-Friday schedule
1-2 years of experience with educating customers, managing a pipeline, and/or experience with prospecting
1-2 years of quota carrying inside sales experience and/or customer service in a high volume organization
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
Excellent follow-through, attention to detail, and minimal need for supervision
Hyper organized: your Salesforce records will set the bar for everyone at the company
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic startup environment; you’ll have guidance when you need it, but you’re also goal-oriented and can execute without close supervision
Strong desire to expand and acquire new skills
Positive mental attitude, high energy, high integrity, strong work ethic, enthusiasm, sense of humor, and a commitment to our mission
BA/BS degree or relevant equivalent qualification
The Phoenix base salary target range for this full-time position is $45,000-$55,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your work location during the hiring process.
