Our services are currently available in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Panama.  About the Role: Tubi is seeking an experienced, analytical and commercially minded Manager, Content Planning to join our rapidly expanding Content Acquisitions and Partnerships team to focus on valuation analyses of licensed content opportunities, track content valuation trends, and forecast content performance. The Content Planning team works closely with Content Acquisition and Partnerships, Content Programming, Content Curation, and FP&A. This integral role will leverage your existing industry intelligence with large internal data sets and content licensing knowledge to maximize every stage of content deal negotiations. The ideal candidate is an organized and entrepreneurial team player who reliably meets deliverable deadlines regularly. This role is integral to ensuring that we continue to expand our content offering and hit our growth targets. This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles, New York, or San Francisco. Must be able and willing to work from one of our LA/NY/SF offices approximately three days a week. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the Content Valuation team, which includes: Marketplace pricing analysis Content and deal valuation and content performance predictions Deal approval and content valuation documentation Establish a new, scalable, and efficient process to increase precise pricing efficacy  Ad hoc analysis and reporting, including deal performance, post-mortems, and partner deep dives  Support FP&A on content budget spend tracking and FY budget planning Collaborate with Content Accounting on finance approvals and Content Acquisitions and Partnerships on commercial approval of deals Act as an effective liaison between various departments, such as Content Acquisition, FP&A/Content Accounting, Content Programming, Content Partnerships Your Background: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or equivalent experience A minimum of 5 years of prior experience in Content Valuation, Sales Planning or a related field at a leading entertainment or technology company 1-2 years of experience managing teams Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, knowledge of SQL, Tableau or Periscope a plus Strong quantitative and analytical skills and understanding of how to measure content value through analyzing performance metrics Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented; ability to manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment Flexibility and willingness to pivot to new priorities and adapt to new contexts Genuine curiosity and a strong desire to contribute to the success of the team through data-driven analysis Encyclopedic knowledge and love of movies and TV #LI-ES1  Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements , the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long term incentive plan, and various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
