Director Supply

We are seeking an experienced, analytical and innovative e-commerce professional to manage Supply across all our Rentals brands (Tripadvisor Rentals, Holiday Lettings, Flipkey and Niumba). In this role you will be working with a team of engineers, analysts and product managers based predominately in India, you’ll have the opportunity to oversee complex projects in a fast changing environment.  What You'll Do Conduct research into our existing supply base, identifying gaps and source supply where required. Manage and negotiate all external partnerships and contracts. Collaborate with internal colleagues and stakeholders, working closely with Product, Analytics, Engineering, Legal and Customer Service. Execute a supply strategy in conjunction with the Head of Operations and Strategy. Review and benchmark supplier agreements. Propose and review all communications to supply base. Optimize supply portfolio, maximising revenues across all brands.   Expertise in CPC, CPA, and other performance metrics critical to media business. Cultivate and maintain key relationships across a wide variety of external partners and decision makers in the industry. Monitor Supply performance. Skills & Experience 10+ years of e-commerce, partner management, and online travel experience. Advanced knowledge of travel industry. Strong negotiating skills and business development know-how. Exceptional online marketer with traffic acquisition experience. Solid analytical background with an understanding of reporting and tracking tools. Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship skills.
