We are seeking a captivating storyteller and strategic thinker who can dive into and unlock the opportunities of our clients’ brands and businesses. You will be expected to develop exciting concepts and participate in the pitch process to present and showcase custom advertising ideas while working with media sales teams and their clients (both agencies and direct advertisers). You will be organized, articulate, possess a strategic and creative mindset, demonstrate knowledge of online media business and campaign development, while identifying client goals, expectations and mindset. In addition to having experience with client-facing work, and knowing how to balance the pressures of client demands against internal requirements, you will provide superior and consistent customer service and problem solving.
What You’ll Do
Develop marketing materials (proposals, presentations, one-sheeters) with a focus on creative thinking and innovations, including, but not limited to custom creative/branded content, editorial alignment, social and digital media, video storytelling, influencer marketing, audio activations, and more
Act as the primary point of contact for RFP responses (reactive and proactive), pulling together components from research, marketplace insights, and marketing into one cohesive response, including concept and pricing
Translate marketplace needs into integrated offerings
Collaborate with sales partners, producers, designers and researchers to develop strategic client initiatives to deliver on their KPIs by leveraging Tripadvisor’s capabilities.
Learn to understand Tripadvisor’s processes and platforms, and have the opportunity to proactively come up with new innovative and creative solutions for clients.
Skills & Experience
Cross-Functional Knowledge: An understanding of general advertising products across all platforms (desktop, mobile, tablet) as well as its owned brand
Creative thought leadership: Developing a keen eye for creating and executing digitally driven, branded content solutions across multiple platforms

Entrepreneurial spirit: Take calculated risks to test and learn with new media partners, platforms and programs

Knowledge of Research Metrics: Exposure to translating and shaping data into compelling stories aligning with a brand’s advertising goals.
Natural Ability to Multi-Task: Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a deadline-driven environment
Must possess a BS/BA degree
1-3+ years of relevant experience at an agency, media/publishing company or integrated marketing sales organization, where the individual participated in cross-platform content ideation & presentation development for clients
Knowledge of online media, marketing and advertising required
Must possess leadership, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Strong organizational, project management, writing, storytelling and presentation skills
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
Good business judgment, as well as emotional and professional maturity required.
Excellent deck design skills with proficiency in Google Slides
Flexible and open to change and new information; adapts behavior and work methods accordingly
Ability to both work independently but contribute in a collaborative environment across internal teams in US, UK and Singapore
The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $67,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. An employee’s pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.
