If you have a hunger to drive employee engagement and alignment and want to work with a driven, passionate, and creative team, this is the job for you.   What you’ll do: Support our R&D reorganization: Create and manage the delivery of communication materials related to the Viator R&D reorganization to help our audiences understand the changes and how they impact their roles and the organization as a whole.  Partner with senior leadership: Serve as a key liaison between senior leaders and employees, ensuring that all messaging is clear, concise, and aligned with Viator’s mission and values.  Partner cross-functionally: Increasingly, this role will work with other comms colleagues and key partners to bring a variety of campaigns to life across a multitude of internal employee channels.  Internal planning and execution: Develop innovative, effective communications plans and messaging that help employees understand company priorities and actions to take. Target content to relevant audiences to land the right messages, to the right audiences, at the right time, through both established and newly formed channels.  Event management: Support company events in execution, driving strong interest and attendance through creative promotion, flawless delivery, and compelling content. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Teams preferred. Measurement and reporting: Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication efforts, using key data points to help drive insights and guide future efforts.    What you bring:  7+ years of experience in internal communications, preferably in a corporate setting; travel and/or tech industry experience preferred. 5+ years of experience working closely with executive or leadership roles, particularly in highly innovative, fast-moving environments, with a proven record of results. Excellent writing skills, with the ability to make complex and technical topics understandable and engaging for a variety of audiences. Insightful with an eye for detail, whether drafting messages, reviewing metrics, or developing a communication campaign. Innovative and proactive, with the drive and determination to succeed despite ambiguity while enjoying building things from scratch in a fast-paced environment.  Curious and open-minded, asking questions to deepen understanding, build knowledge, and explore other points of view. Team-centric and self-motivated, builds trust and respect to achieve outstanding shared results with colleagues in multiple countries and time zones. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.    We strive to create an accessible and inclusive experience for all candidates.
