We offer suppliers and partners a variety of ways to work with Viator via a wide selection of tools and platforms. What you’ll do:
As an Event Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, management and successful execution of various industry events, ranging from large conferences to virtual roundtables and webinars. This role is highly cross-functional and requires collaboration across marketing, sales, finance, etc.
As an Event Marketing Manager you will:
Spearhead Viator’s event and tradeshow strategy, including but not limited to: planning and coordination of all event logistics, budget & invoice management, maintaining pre- and post-event communication, and event attendance
Manage and maintain event marketing calendar, including pre and post event activities
Work with relevant cross-functional teams to organize and staff events
Travel frequently – up to 50 percent of your time will be spent traveling to various events
Analyze, track, and report on event ROI based on predetermined metrics using CRM, email marketing, and other post-event tactics
Partner with Product Marketing & Sales teams on developing and executing content, collateral swag and event giveaways
Manage all logistics for attendees including travel & accommodation planning, registration, etc
Perform other project / event management related duties as required
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in marketing or related discipline
3+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in event marketing, demand generation, or sales enablement
Proven experience carrying out event marketing efforts, including trade show planning, attendance, and reporting
Highly organized with an ability to manage resources, budgets, and onsite personnel
Strong written and oral communication skills
Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with project management software a plus
