Viator, a Tripadvisor company, is seeking a Workforce Delivery Manager to oversee resourcing and vendor management globally for the Viator Engineering team and join our fast-growing team in a hybrid-working setup based out of the Lisbon office.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for Workforce management planning and forecasting activities for the entire Engineering organization
Develop and implement strategies to optimize workforce delivery processes, including resource planning, scheduling, and allocation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of projects, including coordinating staffing needs and identifying skill gaps.
Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, including negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and addressing any issues that arise.
Develop and maintain workforce metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Participate in project planning and forecasting, providing input on workforce availability, skill sets, and potential constraints.
Work with Vendor partners to streamline processes for onboarding and Invoicing
Support in contractual and pricing negotiations with vendor partners
Work with Financial planning teams to ensure alignment on forecasting and budgeting
Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in workforce management
Knowledge of workforce planning, scheduling, tools and allocation methodologies
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and anticipate potential issues
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities concurrently.
