As an LAS, you will drive repeat business by acquiring consigned items from our existing clients within an assigned West/Central territory. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and can adapt to shifting priorities to achieve and exceed sales goals. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits. The commission target for “Repeat Business” Luxury Account Specialists is $1,000 a month. Commission target is split 65% for Points Quota and 35% for Shipped Units Quota. To be eligible for Units commission Shipped Units Quota attainment needs to be 85% or higher. To be eligible for Points commission Points Quota attainment needs to be 85% or higher. Once 110% attainment for Units Quota and Points Quota is achieved, accelerated upside is unlocked. For attainment between 110% and 150% there is an eligible commission accelerator of 2x for attainment between those percentages. For attainment over 150% the commission accelerator is 3x for attainment above 150%.
