The Quality Control Associate is responsible for inspecting, recording and updating product attributes that have been processed by Copywriters. Proficient and passionate, our associate will report weekly findings and most crucially act as hands-on support to the Copywriting team.
What You Get To Do Every Day
Conduct QC of 100 units daily
Collaborates on training strategies based on QC findings, supports in conducting trainings
Ensure quality copy, accurate measurements, condition, size and fabrication of processed units
Provide coaching to copywriters in reference to Qc’d product
Uphold and maintain company brand standards
Conduct and support quality control initiatives for copywriting team
Notify management of any identified QC trends and propose training opportunities
Develop positive culture of learning and improvement
What You Bring To The Role
Proven track record of copywriting success through corrections, QC metrics and return rate metrics
Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of all copywriting categories
Works well independently and takes initiative
Excellent time management skills
Ability to prioritize daily tasks and deadlines
Proven ability to work quickly and effectively with very strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills
Proficient with google sheets/excel
The expected hourly rate for this role is $17.00 - $17.50. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
