About the Role  As a Product Designer 2,  you will help craft the future of personalized consumer experiences for the world's leading retailers. You will champion the User Voice and create innovative products that help transform the world of e-commerce. You are a critical thinker who uses user-centered design to enhance consumer experiences. Successful candidates will be independently driven, self-starters who can develop and execute on a vision.  What You Will Do Use user research and data to advise design concepts and influence product prioritization, strategies, and roadmaps Thinking beyond the specific feature and understanding how a user touches that feature within the larger product ecosystem Finding opportunities to improve aesthetics while meeting accessibility guidelines that keep our product approachable to all Solving the complex problems that enable first time users to succeed in their tasks amidst a growing feature set Delivering design work, including discovery artifacts, sketches and rough prototypes, wireframes, UX flows, and high-fidelity prototypes Must-Have Qualifications 4-5 years of experience as a Product Designer at either a DTC brand or B2B company Proficiency in UI design tools such as Figma (required), Adobe XD, Adobe CS and others, to create user interfaces and interactions Can confidently use the tools of the trade such as: Figma, Adobe, and Google Suite A self-starter and a teammate who enjoys working in a fast-paced, agile environment Openness to receiving feedback and constructive criticism, and the willingness to share useful feedback with colleagues, bringing your full and whole self to the team Visual portfolio highlighting projects which demonstrate design ownership, user-centered design practices, UX understanding, interface design for mobile and web, and ideally experience with design systems Love of design and curiosity - always seeking ways to improve and simplify user experience Awesome communication skills - you love collaborating, asking questions, and receiving feedback from customers and team members Bias toward product innovation and "pushing the envelope," combined with ability to balance speed and quality in an agile product environment Experience in sharing your designs with your team, giving the reasoning behind why you landed there, and handing over designs to engineers in a way that allows them to implement the design with ease Ability to analyze product requirements into actionable UX flows and designs Deep understanding of typography, color, layout, and composition with pixel-perfect attention to both prototypes and design hand-overs to engineering Nice-to-Have Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in UX Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related in practical experience  Experience using and contributing to a Design System and finding the balance between existing patterns and a tailored experience Experience with javascript and other coding languages Experience delivery products for both apps and browser based tools Salary When we find the right person, we try to put our best foot forward with an offer that excites you and is fair on our end. We consider the skills and experience you bring, what similar jobs pay, and make sure there’s equal pay for equal work among those you’ll be working with. The compensation amount for this role is targeted at $90,000.00 - $135,000.00. The final offer also takes into account other factors of a total compensation package, including what is market-based on the region. Please note that the range is being shared in good faith and is subject to modification based on changing market and business conditions.
