Details About the Program
Our program kicks off on Tuesday, June 6th, 2023 and concludes on/around Friday, August 25th, 2023.
This is a paid internship. The hourly rate will be $18 per hour.
Interns will be expected to work a full-time schedule (40 hours), Monday through Friday.
This program will be on a hybrid working schedule. You will be expected to come into the office on certain days.
Being an Intern on the Activations team will enable you to dive headfirst with some of the world’s most exciting retailers during their very first touchpoints with Stylitics. We are a tech-forward team of go-getters who are committed to making our clients successful (and having fun while doing so)!
What You Will Do
Assist the Activations team as we onboard new clients, build internal processes, and identify areas of improvement
Create and manage slide decks, project plans and client-facing resources
Own the scheduling of meetings between internal and external groups, maintaining detailed meeting notes and assisting the team with email follow ups
Work cross-functionally with Account Management, Integrations, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure client deliverables and timelines are met
Improve both internal and external documentation to streamline communications and enhance the client experience
Gain exposure to strategic recommendations and client-facing experience
Must-Have Qualifications
Must be in your junior or senior year (part of the spring or winter 2023 graduating class) if pursuing a Bachelor’s degree. We’re also open to anyone currently pursuing a Master’s degree
Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field
Experience or interest in project management, planning projects with dependencies and tight deadlines, overseeing execution to meet commitments
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent scheduling and meeting coordination skills
Dependability is a MUST. Meeting deadlines and adhering to a schedule is key
Multi-tasker who proactively seeks out opportunities to support the team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and able to balance multiple competing priorities
Strong time management skills and attention to detail
Passionate about Fashion + Technology
Someone who sees themself working day to day in an environment and culture driven by our values
Works well in a fast-paced environment with a hunger for success
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana or Monday.com
Familiarity with HTML, CSS and Javascript
An understanding of the B2B SaaS / E-commerce landscape and the tenets of Client Success
