About the Job Our Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Commercial Organization. This isn’t your standard 9 to 5 job. You’ll need to be flexible to the needs of the business.  You’ll gain exposure to all aspects of sales and marketing in a high growth mid size company, working closely with the President and Commercial Leadership team.  What You’ll be Doing: Provide high quality, dedicated support to our President and members of our Commercial Leadership team. Effectively manage the President’s calendar including prioritizing inbound requests and coordinating meetings with internal team members and external partners. Create correspondences, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and databases and any other ad-hoc projects that come up. Manage travel arrangements, domestic and international, including booking flights, hotels, transportation and dining. Organize, track and manage finances, including invoices, receipts and expenses. Conference Registrations, logistics, and material preparation. Coordinate Commercial Leadership meetings and offsites. Provide administrative support to our Commercial Leadership team as needed. Provide backup coverage for the Executive Assistant to the CEO as needed. Assist in managing conference room bookings. About You You are meticulous. Being organized and detail oriented is your lifeblood. You like working hard and take pride in your work. You enjoy being in a supportive role and you are an excellent communicator.  No job is too small and you also enjoy building relationships and chatting with your coworkers. Oh yeah, you have a sense of humor and patience. The Successful Candidate Will Have: Prior experience supporting executives at a high tech company. Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail.  Clear, concise and engaging written and verbal communication. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and work with highly sensitive data and information. Proficiency in using GSuite products (Google Calendar, GMail, GDrive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Hangouts) Slack, EOS, and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word). Strong problem solving skills with creative approaches. Dangerously curious, not afraid to ask questions. Willingness to learn. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications and geographic location.
