Smartsheet is looking for a Manager of Field Systems to support our growing sales and operations team. A large portion of this role is managing the daily operations of Salesforce Administrators. You will also work with departmental leaders and team members to manage the operations of the Sales Systems team and provide strategy and planning for the team's development. You will report to the Senior Director of Field Systems.
You Will:
Lead a team primarily consisting of Salesforce Administrators
Manage the daily activities of the team such as one-on-ones, collaboration with the development team, and prioritization and scoping of work items.
Have the desire to mentor a team as a coach and a leader but also perform Salesforce configuration changes as needed.
Ensure work is delivered on time and that the Field Systems team meet deadlines.
Work with other team leaders within the organization to manage cross-platform integrations.
Work with department leaders and program managers on strategy and prioritization of Field Systems work.
Maintain the change management processes for the Field Systems team, including work intake, prioritization, and execution.
Communicate with senior management on the status of projects, timelines, challenges to implementation, and deployments in a non-technical manner.
Build a team culture of positivity, inclusiveness, and collaboration.
Manage vendor relationships for tools and software used by the Field Systems team.
Advise on training for team members in best practices both administrative and technical.
You Have:
4+ years of experience managing a development or administrative team
4+ years of experience as a Salesforce system administrator
4+ years of experience with other connected applications such as DocuSign, Tableau, etc.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ

Smartsheet provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive bonus and RSU stock grant upon accepted offer. California & New York: $145,800 - $210,600 | All other US states: $135,000 - $195,000
