You can even have a free trial to check it out 😊   About the role As a Principal Software Engineer , you will be working on an international team to modernize the Collaborator tech stack, starting with a full rewrite of the front-end. You will be responsible for designing scalable, maintainable solutions, and mentor a team of junior and career developers to iteratively deliver value. Lead design, development, and integration efforts Participate in technical discussions and requirement analysis with internal partners to drive alignment with product needs Drive high engineering standards, engaging in peer design and code reviews, refining sessions, etc. Build well designed, clean applications with solid technical foundations Make sure test coverage and code quality are in line with established guidelines Collaborate with teams of developers, testers, UX designers, product managers geographically spread across our different locations Working on resolving technical issues of customers We are looking for you if you have: 7+ years of Java and JavaScript full-stack experience Deep experience building React.js applications Knowledge of Google Web Toolkit (GWT) helpful, but not required Solid understanding of and experience with REST and JSON-based APIs Knowledge of design patterns and performance best practices Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and writing maintainable, testable code Why you should join the SmartBear crew: You can grow your career at every level.
