    About the Role We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Alliance Manager to join our team to cover the Databricks Partnership. As a Senior Alliance Manager, you will be responsible for managing our partnerships and alliances, developing strategies to expand and deepen relationships with Databricks, and driving revenue growth through partnership programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and operations to ensure successful collaboration and alignment with partner goals. This is an exciting opportunity to shape an emerging alliance and be part of a strategic and growing practice. What you will do: Own and implement the Databricks Partner strategy through field, rep-to-rep support as well as top-down corporate initiatives (industries, workloads) to make Sigma a top tier self serve analytics partner of Databricks  Manage relationships with Databricks, ensuring alignment and driving mutual success Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop joint marketing and sales programs that drive lead generation and revenue growth Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at partner organizations across various segments  Build and deliver co-sell programs that differentiate Sigma to the field teams, SA’s, and leadership at Databricks Stay current on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to inform partnership strategies and tactics Be a liaison between Databricks & Sigma product teams to ensure alignment of product features and innovation In partnership with the Sigma Partner Sales Engineering team, work with Databricks Sales Engineering team to develop solutions that result in reduce sales cycles, joint opportunities, and joint wins What we are looking for: Sales DNA and a deep passion for being curious - always diving deeper to uncover how we can better partner and differentiate Sigma to generate new opportunities Team Player that supports and works with internal and external teams and stakeholders Data and outcome driven 5+ years of professional experience with 2+ years focused on alliance management or equivalent experience working with vendors; experience in modern data stack ecosystem preferred Proven track record of developing successful partnerships and alliances that drive revenue growth and market share Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills Experience fostering and driving relationships within the relevant business lines of your alliance Knowledge of the technology industry and trends, with a focus on cloud-based software and services Willingness to travel as needed Preferred Understand the competitive landscape of data and analytics Strong network within Databricks Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies, including senior level executives, consulting resources, technical teams, and sales representatives Experience working in across channel with other technology partners and system integrators If you're interested in applying for this position or learning more, please apply here.  Additional Job details The base salary range for this position is $150k - $175k annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Sigma Computing. This role is eligible for stock options, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Note: The world around us is changing, but we at Sigma Computing are growing and scaling.
