Trust and Safety Analyst

As a Trust and Safety Analyst, you are heavily experienced in multiple types of online abuse and trust and safety issues. You’ve helped build teams, tools, policies and procedures at companies that have had to work through these threats at a global level.  What you’ll do: Identify potential fraud rings and abuse vectors in the Sift ecosystem  Optimize Sift performance and value for our clients   Provide Sift system recommendations on how clients can prevent more fraud, increase acceptance rates and improve other KPIs   Be on top of the rapidly evolving landscape of fraud and trust and safety  Work with prospects, partners and customers around developing industry best practices and strategies  Educate internal teams on all things risk and trust and safety related  Help develop engaging trust and safety focused content for the Sift community  Deeply understand our customers, and do what it takes to help them grow with a trust and safety mindset  Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams by infusing the customer voice into all the things that we do  Nurture a trust and safety focused community What would make you a strong fit: 5-10 years experience working as an individual contributor working on multiple abuse types (eg: financial fraud, chargebacks, ATO, spam, content moderation, fake accounts, compliance, bot attacks, etc) Ability to travel globally approximately 10% of the time   Excellent cross-functional interpersonal skills and strong communication skills Ability to connect with and teach various business personas   Strong data querying and analytical skills a plus: (Python, SQL, Hadoop, Looker, Spark, Scripts, Snowflake, and Tableau) CFE nice to have, not required; The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) Benefits and Perks A compensation package that consists of financial compensation, a biannual 5% bonus, and stock options; Medical, dental, and vision coverage; 50$ for sports and wellness; Education reimbursement: books, education courses, conferences; Flexible time off: we follow an unlimited vacation approach; Tuned work schedule to Kyiv timezone despite US offices location: biweekly demo sessions are optional for our team and we watch them from recording; Mental Health Days: additional day-offs; English courses and social activities inside the company that allow improving your public speaking and language.
