About the Role We seek a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant and Life Assistant. This role requires the candidate to manage the daily schedule and work closely with our CEO to support them in all aspects of their professional and personal life. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a proactive and positive attitude. Responsibilities: Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Act as the first point of contact for the executive team, responding to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner. Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring deadlines and all relevant stakeholders are updated. Attend meetings and take notes, summarizing critical decisions and action points. Handle personal tasks for the CEO, such as arranging personal travel, managing household bills, and running errands. Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments within the company. Assist with special projects as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Proactive and positive attitude. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong problem-solving skills. Additional Information The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000 - $120,000 + equity + benefits.  Our salary ranges are determined by role and level.  The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.  Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, benefits, or any discretionary bonus components.
