About the Role Designing beautiful, intuitive user interfaces for our customers to interact with is what sets Sibros products apart in the industry. As a Mobile Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for building mobile applications by leveraging reusable, decomposable, and user-friendly interfaces that connect people with vehicles. You will work on a mobile SDK / mobile app that millions of users will use. You will tackle the tradeoff between customizability, complexity, and standardization. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Working closely with product owners and end-users to understand the requirements Iterating with Backend Engineers and designers to come up with the best solutions Designing reusable components for mobile applications in order to scale development Building scalable mobile applications / SDK that could serve millions of users Implementing complex workflows and visualizations in mobile applications to display intuitive content to the end-users Minimum Qualifications Experience in cross-platform mobile application development in C++ by leveraging technologies like JNI, NDK for both iOS and Android Experience in building mobile applications using native programming languages in both iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) Experience in developing using native technologies like BLE, Bluetooth Experience in building and delivering mobile applications with production quality Excellent communication and collaboration skills working with different stakeholders such as product owners and end-customers Willingness to wear multiple hats and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment Passionate about the vision and mission of the company, and interested in solving challenging problems in the automotive IoT domain Preferred Qualifications Experience in developing mobile SDK for integration Strong track record of building mobile applications that serve millions of users Familiar with the end-to-end mobile application development lifecycle, from creating a repo to publishing to the app store Experience in building multiple mobile applications with reusable components Good grasp of the complexity of building mobile applications for IoT devices Experience in leading an engineering team for an end-to-end mobile development Equal Employment Opportunity Sibros is committed to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
