About the Role We seek a highly experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our operations in China for Sibros, a global automotive technology company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the growth of our business in China, building strong relationships with customers, and developing a team of professionals to deliver world-class solutions to our customers. Responsibilities Develop and execute the overall business strategy for Sibros in China in alignment with the company's global strategy. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the automotive industry in China. Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships and collaborations to expand the company's presence in China. Build and manage a high-performing team of professionals across sales, marketing, operations, and engineering. Ensure the successful delivery of projects and solutions to customers, meeting all quality, timeline, and budget requirements. Develop and manage the budget for Sibros China, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth. Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and policies in China. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in the automotive industry in China, with a proven track record of success in sales, marketing, and/or operations. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and employees. Proven track record in managing and developing high-performing teams. Experience in managing budgets and financial performance. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.
