Reporting into our Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be dealing with key stakeholders in all areas of the business, partnering with them globally on their hiring needs across all skill levels. While the focus will be on hiring high caliber Technology employees, this role will be an all round TA Partner, supporting all hiring needs for the business such as Operations, Commercial and Corporate roles. Some of the responsibilities include: Be a trusted partner to your stakeholders in all things Talent Acquisition; Oversee full cycle recruiting process, from first TA screening to coordinating interviews with stakeholders, ensuring a first-class candidate experience  Oversee a successful offer process, including extending offers and closing candidates Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels to seek high-quality candidates for open requirements, including but not limited to University Career Fairs, recruitment agencies, LinkedIn etc Project management of multiple recruitment processes, supporting several business areas Contribute to hiring processes & procedures, employer branding, salary benchmarking, and organizational planning that will allow the company to scale effectively Desirable qualities for the role: We do not expect the candidate to have all these qualities but the more the better. The primary evaluation will be someone who is a culture fit and can grow with us as we continue to grow Previous inhouse recruitment experience, focusing on high caliber tech hiring but also supporting in other areas of business Previous experience successfully working and collaborating with senior stakeholders to hire new talent at all levels of seniority into the business Experience working in an international business where your hiring managers and candidates could be multi-country; Experience managing inhouse recruitment in a collaborative, organized manner and contributing to the business and Global Talent team with knowledge and energy The understanding, communication and patience to take a business hiring need through various interviews and processes to ultimately hire the best candidate for the job Exceptional eye for detail and processes A passion for both stakeholder and candidate experience! We have an office in LA but are open to remote, US-based candidates
