We are looking for a Staff/Senior backend engineer to join us to build and scale our Shopping Ads Delivery team. Your team will be focused on three key areas: 1) Help launch our Dynamic Product Ad delivery in 2023/2024.  2) Build high throughput, low latency, industry scale information retrieval system which empowers Reddit’s ads business. improve the freshness, relevancy and infrastructure efficiency of ads retrieval by leveraging state-of-the-art indexing/retrieval. Develop intelligent tools and operations for the ads retrieval process.   Responsibilities Build and deliver Dynamic Shopping Ads that can scale with our ads business over the next several years Build high throughput, low latency, industry scale information retrieval system which empowers Reddit’s ads business. improve the freshness, relevancy and infrastructure efficiency of ads retrieval by leveraging state-of-the-art indexing/retrieval.
