Overview Recharge is looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to be a key strategic contributor to the finance and executive teams. The Corporate Finance team’s focus is to manage budgeting, financial modeling, and creating internal and external financial reporting for the organization. The right person is a detail oriented team player with experience in finance, accounting, or similar disciplines that thrives in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.  What You’ll Do Live by and champion our values: #day-one, #ownership, #empathy, #humility Own the monthly re-forecasts and manage budgets for operating expenses Support business leaders to understand their budgets and identify risks/opportunities to budget. Drive spend accountability to the annual budget Provide clear analyses on trends and causes of variances vs budget Prepare Recharge’s monthly, quarterly, and annual financial budgets and reporting Partner with Accounting team in reviewing monthly close in accordance with US GAAP Become an expert in utilizing our planning tool Adaptive Planning Ad hoc support as needed. We are a lean team, and there will be plenty of opportunities to get exposure to a wide range of projects within the business What You’ll Bring 3+ years of work experience, in Finance, Accounting, Consulting, or Investment Banking. Related degrees and certifications or progress towards certifications (CPA, CFA, etc.) a plus. Strong understanding of US GAAP.
