The Solutions, Verticals & Alliances (SV&A) team is a combined group focused on enabling customers to accelerate their business using integrated, value add solutions from Pure Storage. As the groups Senior Director of SV&A GTM, you will work closely with Alliances, Verticals, Pure leadership, the field and other organizations to lead the Solutions Value spirit of the group to achieve the key objectives of adoption, brand, and results for the group. You will be part of the SV&A leadership and drive the Eco System value proposition and support the group with experience in the discipline of the value proposition to ultimately add incremental value to our customers and revenue to the company. The role reports to the Vice President of Solutions, Verticals & Alliances.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING…
Be the driving force in Value Proposition maximization for the combined team with focus on:
Eco System Value Proposition
Alliance product marketing interlock
Marketing Metric Interlock
Value Proposition uniformity
Alliance persona relevance
GTM Interlock
Support the SV&A group in the creation and execution of value propositions.
Spearhead the groups Evangelism efforts
Develop relationships with marketing counterparts within key alliances to support in the Alliances business plan executions.
Achieve the joint key metrics related to marketing and GTM of the group.
Interlock with key internal stakeholders including Marketing, Enablement, Business Units specifically related to Solutions & Alliances value.
Own the groups assets library in conjunction with other Pure teams for a consistent and “customer focused” approach.
Support in the design and implementation of marketing needs for the combined group.
Identify new ways to maximize the pipeline impact of the group for Pure Storage.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in all aspects of Alliance & Solutions marketing
9+ years of professional experience in a role that has consistently achieved Marketing success metrics including pipeline, evangelism and other GTM aspects.
Deep understanding of the Product & Alliance Marketing
Strong relationship development skills with internal and external marketing groups
Experience understanding training and development philosophies within Alliance partners
Proven ability to achieve delivery targets and create an environment where sales and technical personnel can express the solutions and product objectives and gain support on the execution of the message
Excellence internal interlock abilities including working with Marketing and other key internal customers to maximize the effectiveness of produced assets.
Experience presenting and evangelizing the core messages of the group internally and externally.
Strong understanding of the operations and motivations of large IT companies
Must be willing and able to travel where relevant as part of the role.
The annual base salary range is: $171,000 – $352,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
