We are looking for a Senior Account Based Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of Account Based Marketing (ABM) plans, campaigns and tactics to drive pipeline and revenue growth from Pure’s top accounts list. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Marketing & ABM, you will be focused on driving strategy with a data-driven approach, continually testing and evaluating success of campaigns by measuring growth through reputation, relationships and revenue. The ABM Manager will collaborate closely across marketing, sales and SDR teams for a fully integrated approach. Key responsibilities Understand and analyze the industry and accounts, and how Pure plays into their business requirements and needs.  Deliver account research and analysis to drive ABM strategies. Design 1:1 and 1:few ABM plans in strong alignment and collaboration with sales and key solution and vertical stakeholders. Strategize, execute, and optimize a data-driven and imperative-driven ABM strategy to achieve sales goals. Develop and deploy multi-channel ABM campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, and project managing execution. Partner with regional Field Marketers, Sales, and SDRs to build integrated campaign motions. Drive cross-team collaboration among all sales and marketing stakeholders (Field Marketing, Digital, SDR, Operations, Channel, and Agency).  Manage ABM campaign budget, driving operational excellence and maximizing resource and budget investments. Connect campaign data, marketing metrics and insights to demonstrate business impact, providing ongoing reporting and updates to senior stakeholders.  Ensure scalability of ABM over time. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE... Bachelor’s degree required.  Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B technology managing best-in-class marketing programs. Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABM (ideally, 1:1, 1:few and 1:many approaches). Demonstrated capabilities in digital and measurement preferred. ABM ITSMA Certification is a plus.  Experience with ABM tools such as 6Sense,Zoom Info, LinkedIn, D&B Hoovers, Tech Target, and public databases . Manufacturing, Automotive, and/or High Tech industry domain knowledge preferred.  Proactive self-starter, s trategic and analytical thinker with exceptional execution, and problem-solving capabilities. Track record of scaling small budgets that drive quantifiable results. Customer-first and results oriented, with the ability to build business cases as needed to influence executive decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly communicate strategy..  Team player that works well across internal departments and also external agencies (ABM, creative, media). Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment. Excellent attention to detail with strong problem solving skills and a hunger to learn and grow. The annual base salary range is: $86,000 – $185,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location.
