In this role your primary responsibilities will include: Month End Accounting responsibility including the preparation of journal entries and support documents, across a number of countries. Follow month end close calendar tasks in a timely manner. Preparation of global Balance Sheet Reconciliations in line with Corporate policy. Preparation of monthly variance reports, ensuring they are completed in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. Assist in the automation of month end tasks including testing of new processes. Process ownership – take ownership for assigned process across International Organisation. Regional ownership – take ownership for liaising with the business on countries within your remit, owning and analysing the related P&L and Balance Sheet. Adherence to and appropriate documentation of internal controls. Liaising with auditors and accounting firm on yearly audits. Ability to liaise across different functions, including payroll and AP, ensuring service excellence across the team whether internal or outsourced.  What you’ll need to bring to this role: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting Accounting Qualification achieved in the following or similar bodies - CIMA/ACCA/ACA Strong understanding of both US GAAP and local statutory accounting principles Prior experience in a GL accounting month-end close role preferred Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills Presentational and problem solving skills Ability to adapt and thrive in a high growth and fast paced environment, and a desire to take on ad hoc projects with an “all hands-on deck” mentality Proficiency with Excel and data analysis skills Strong communication skills Other Desired Experience Experience with Netsuite/SAP ERP Experience with reconciliation software such as Blackline   BE YOU—CORPORATE CLONES NEED NOT APPLY.
