About This Role The Sales Operations Specialist is a key role on the Sales Operations and Strategy team to capture and organize relevant sales data into actionable insights. You will support Sales leadership by fulfilling reporting, forecasting and analysis needs. Your work will inform decisions to improve sales productivity, operational discipline, commissions and incentives, annual planning and forecasting. On occasion, the role requires direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic customers to help implement growth plans. Role Responsibilities Own the sales forecasting and planning process, including but not limited to; pipeline analysis, productivity metrics & monitoring, bookings and revenue management Create and maintain dashboards, produce weekly/monthly/annual sales reports Facilitate and lead sales, pipeline, pricing, and QBR meetings Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data to enforce a quality and accuracy; Partner with Sales leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement Scrub pipeline and opportunity data on a consistent basis Deliver analysis of company data to uncover insights and trends about: Revenue - mix, channel/region, pricing/volume elasticity Customer performance– top/bottom customers, upsell/cross, churn/retention LTV/CAC – are we effective in acquiring and retaining customers? Rep/Sales Productivity Marketing Programs efficiency Become a subject matter expert in pricing, planning and product within the Sales team Facilitate the successful implementation of new programs by ensuring a well-defined, efficient sales process including systems analysis, data/business modeling and vendor research that ensures data integrity and timely reporting/dashboard development Manage the sales tools used by the Sales organization (this includes managing license assignment, understanding the functionality, and making improvements to usability and implementation) Desired Qualifications 3+ years experience in Sales Operations in the professional services and/or technology space Experience working with relational databases, sales operations, business development/business analytics roles, preferably in a fast-paced and evolving environment Demonstrated expertise and success in the analysis, design, and automation of business processes Proven track record of effectively interfacing with cross-functional departments and the sales management team Technical systems experience with Salesforce, Excel, and related sales tools is highly desired Stellar problem-solver, data-driven, and analytically minded Executive communicator; comfortable and experienced at multiple levels Strong project management, planning, and organization skills Strong individual contributor, continuously seeking to learn and develop What are some of the benefits we offer?   Comprehensive Medical Coverage include Dental and Vision Flexible PTO 11 Company Paid Holidays  Benefits Package: including 401K savings plan and access to an Employee Assistance Program. $500 home office stipend Paid Life insurance, AD&D. and disability benefits Paid parental and caregiving leave Eligibility to apply for a Professional Development Scholarship.  Inclusive Culture: We are intentional about creating a culture that is fun and inclusive. An employee’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions. $84,650.00 - $95,000.00 Where is this position located? Presence is headquartered in New York City with our clients located throughout the U.S. This position is remote and may require travel. This position will report directly to the Senior Director of Sales Strategy All employees commit to being available on-camera for our Core Working Hours, 12:00pm-5:00pm EST M-F.
