The Role The Associate Director, Performance and Growth Marketing is a talented, energetic, organized, data-obsessed marketer who champions Presence products. We seek an experienced and versatile marketing manager eager to wear multiple marketing hats. The ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns and creating new growth strategies and ideas. The ideal candidate can juggle both day-to-day marketing activities and the development and execution of long-term plans. This role reports to the Senior Director of Performance and Growth and is a part of the Commercial team. What will you do at Presence? CAMPAIGN EXECUTION Strategize and lead our paid and owned channels, including PPC, paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), display, SEO, and retargeting to increase performance across acquisition channels Experience with other marketing channels such as podcasts, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, and other emerging channels to expand Presence's reach and improve brand awareness. Optimize campaign efficiency (CPL, CPA, CAC) while delivering against growth targets Work closely with the marketing, product, and provider teams to develop growth strategies for our products and service offerings Own and refine our AB testing strategy to test and improve campaign effectiveness continually Developing, implementing, and tracking strategic marketing campaigns that align with Presence’s overall business objectives and KPIs Develop customer journey roadmaps which include funnel optimization growth strategies Help create, maintain and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract critical insights for future campaigns and GTM strategies Develop a customer feedback loop to analyze consumer insights and trends Support the rollout of multiple campaigns at once, aligning marketing, sales, and recruiting initiatives Remain abreast of new channels and strategies for growth, develop recommendations and tests to enhance Presence’s GTM plans and growth opportunities DATA OPERATIONS AND ANALYSIS Closely monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance, conduct ad hoc analyses, support dashboard development and provide data-driven insights Prioritize and proactively manage scheduling for all campaigns in the request pipeline, coordinating the workflow of marketing deliverables Serve as a subject matter expert on our marketing systems and data flows Improve and continuously monitor, track, and report on KPIs Ensure leads are captured, and campaigns are completed to meet deadlines What are we looking for? 7-10 years of marketing experience required Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns Growth mindset with a bias toward action Strong time management and prioritization skills Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Hands-on experience using a marketing automation tool required Working knowledge of Salesforce is required; experience with reporting and field management preferred Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles Experience with digital tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google DataStudio, Google Ads, Google Optimize, Facebook Ads, WordPress, HubSpot, HotJar, is preferred Proven ability to operate both independently and as part of a collaborative team Experience working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial organization What will help you succeed here? An employee’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions. $150,000 Where is this position located? Presence is headquartered in New York City, with our clients located throughout the U.S. We support remote work from all locations, provided that the candidate can travel as needed for internal and external meetings (less than 10%). All employees commit to and are available on-camera for our core working hours,12–5 p.m. ET M–F.
