About The Role
In order to make mental health care work for everyone, Path must grow our network of therapists across the country. Our small but mighty team has recruited thousands of new therapists to join the Path network , and we’re looking for new team members to help scale the program further. The demand for mental health services is dependent on building a network of quality therapists, and the Provider Growth program is key to the overall growth of Path.
We are still in our early stages of growth, so we are looking for candidates with a growth mindset who are flexible with change and are excited to contribute to the evolution of the Path Provider recruiting program. You will join a hungry, collaborative team, holding multiple meetings a day with therapists while also utilizing creative outreach and excellent communication skills to engage therapists and progress your book of business.
You will
Interview mental healthcare providers via Zoom video calls and electronically contract
Leverage CRM (Salesforce.com) to capture and report on all activity and market feedback
Maintain an organized calendar of prospect meetings
Communicate proactively, both internally with colleagues and externally with providers, to achieve KPIs
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves
Availability to hold zoom calls with prospective providers between 10am and 6pm PST, Tuesday through Saturday
3+ years of inbound (or outbound) selling or recruiting experience with a consultative approach
Growth mindset: must be eager to personally improve while also providing feedback to peers and team leads to improve our process and product
Strong verbal and written communication skills
No ego and a value for camaraderie, thriving in a team dynamic
Comfort with dealing with ambiguity
An empathetic listener
Alignment with Path’s mission
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce
Proven record of efficiently and independently managing your own book of business
Experience with refining sales process
Nice to have
Background in health care or mental health care
