The Role
The Senior Revenue Operations Manager will report into the Head of Go-to-Market Operations. This is an opportunity to join a growing team, at the center of Path’s core operations. This role will be responsible for optimizing and refining the company’s revenue cycle.
You Will
Partner with the billing team to improve their tools and workflows.
Introduce operational improvements that result in increased collected revenue per visit, reduced variable billing costs, and enhanced insurance verification speed and accuracy.
Work cross-functionally to identify and understand the problem/opportunity landscape across teams; prioritize and execute upon key business needs.
Ensure key data is being captured and partner with the data team to condense information into actionable frameworks.
Design, implement, and monitor performance of key processes.
Continuously assess the performance of the existing revenue tech stack. Identify programs in need of an upgrade. Own the vendor discovery process and manage the selection and implementation of new systems.
Partner with the product team to ensure the successful roll-out and management of new proprietary systems.
Qualifications
7+ years of work experience. Experience in healthcare, specifically in healthcare billing strongly preferred.
Experience in early stage and/or high growth environments a plus.
Background in product management, strategy consulting, or revenue operations preferred.
Advanced SQL and Gsheets experience.
Ability to identify and understand problems/growth opportunities. Experience prioritizing across numerous ‘business critical’ problems and setting expectations with key stakeholders accordingly.
Natural curiosity and a passion for learning new tools and technologies. Appetite for mastering new skills quickly and independently.
Track record of designing, implementing, and managing new processes successfully.
Experience writing technical requirements, project plans, experiment results, project updates, and strategy docs.
Strong communication skills with a bias for brevity.
Ability to build trust and respect with senior leaders quickly.
Proactive; ability to effectively balance between working autonomously and asking for support.
