The Role:
The Account Manager is responsible for all expansion and renewal sales for existing OssoVR customers. This will include all licensing and VR content builds across multiple medical specialties. The Account Manager is the team lead and is required to develop a long-term strategy in conjunction with Partner Success to rank commercial priorities, develop VR utilization scaling plans and build relationships with key decision makers horizontally and vertically with current customers. This individual must collaborate well but also provide clear direction.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Selling the entire Osso VR platform across an existing set of Osso VR customers
Upselling new licensing contracts within existing business units
Expanding Osso platform across new business units/divisions within assigned customer base
Maintaining high renewal rates
Consistently meeting and exceeding quarterly/annual targets
Strategic Alignment with Partner Success to identify customer goals linked to future growth opportunities
Building credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions
Ability to accurately create multi-year strategic sales plans broken down into annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly goals
Strong communication skills to work effectively and collaboratively across Osso business units
What You’ll Need To Be Successful:
Must have:
Have 5+ years of full cycle SaaS or tech sales, 3+ years of enterprise sales or 3+ years of Medical Device or equivalent Capitol Sales, consistent quota attainment
Are passionate about healthcare and patient safety
Are interested in and believe in the power of virtual reality
Want to be a part of a team and promote a technology that is revolutionizing the healthcare industry
Experience creating new markets or expanding new markets
Are a “scrappy” self-starter and comfortable working in a startup environment
Are committed to ensuring that customers maximizing their investment with OSSO VR and are successful
Enjoy or have experience with adult learning, simulation, and technical training
Are open to travel
Like to build relationships with customers but also like to hunt for additional business opportunities
Believe in selling on value and ROI vs technical functionality
Bonus:
3+ years experience in medical device capital sales or healthcare related sales
Or 3+ years of enterprise sales
Experience selling to Fortune 1000 companies, including to C-suite and SVP level
Strong ability to build and deliver a variety of presentations to your customers via Web based platforms (Zoom, Teams)
Compensation
Our compensation package includes a base salary of $95,000-$175,000 base plus commission as well as equity options.
