The Challenge
OneTrust is looking for a Global Vice President of Cloud Specialists. This role will be a proven sales leader with a demonstrated track record of success motivating and leading a sales organization in a high-growth environment. You will optimize team performance through hands on coaching, mentoring, and performance management strategies. This is a team leadership role leading Global Cloud Specialist leaders across each cloud. This position requires a self-starter who can work with limited direct supervision, is entrepreneurial in spirit, and fosters overall growth of top line revenue.
Your Mission
The Global Vice President of Cloud Specialist Sales is a trusted leader in OneTrust’s Go to Market organization. You have input on our overall Go to Market strategy and team closely with other senior leaders to facilitate the creation of an environment in which your organization can be wildly successful. You balance building & evolving your teams with profitable performance. This role drives a maniacal focus on execution month to month and quarter to quarter while keeping an eye on longer term strategy, risks, and opportunities. Here you will…:
Align the global Cloud Specialist org with the company’s growth strategies through active participation in strategic development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting
Participate in critical decisions as a member of the sales leadership team and build effective relationships with company senior executives and key management personnel of customers and partners
Drive revenue by targeting core verticals, partnering with marketing on pipeline generation, creating quota and sales metrics to accelerate our growth, and other strategies to expand cross our global market
Grow, hire and build a world class sales team – this not only starts with hiring, but extends to training, operations, and execution
Provides leadership to the organization’s sales team and sales managers, helping to drive the team to meet/exceed revenue/quota, prospecting, and new business targets.
Foster a sales culture of accountability, professional development, high performance, and ethical behavior – helping us instantiate our culture code through every-day actions and behaviors
Align with other leaders at the company as executive sponsor to our largest and most strategic customers
Take full responsibility for ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction
You Are
A thought leader, with demonstrated success in globally matrixed environments for sales managing teams of 150+ quota-carrying sellers and exceeding revenue targets in excess of $150M NNACV in the SaaS software space
Capable of assessing needs, influencing, collaborating, and delivering at all levels in the organization including the C-level
Able to think and act strategically in the context of building business and sales strategies
Someone who develops trust and models open, candid, respectful communication and collaborative teamwork
Capable of maintaining a high level of energy, enthusiasm, engagement and commitment to action
A leader with a proven track record of leading through adversity and change in a pre-IPO tech startup
A subject matter expert with exposure to the Privacy, GRC, Ethics, and ESG markets and familiarity with the global buying dynamics in these complex markets
Your Experience Includes
Bachelor's Degree or 15+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Highly skilled in change management practices and driving organizational process improvements
Superior cross-functional collaborator with exceptional general management skills and the ability to build relationships within an organization
Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiating skills to quickly establish rapport and credibility at all levels within an organization, including the C- and board-level
Ability to work well individually and within a cross functional team and demonstrated experience working with geographically dispersed teams

Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits. Salary Range $187,500 — $281,250 USD
