The Challenge
OneTrust is hiring a Chief of Staff, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), who will provide program management support and manage initiatives supporting the overall strategy and global operations of the Company. The Chief of Staff will work in partnership as a liaison and advisor across the entire Leadership team.
Your Mission
Partner with the CEO and Leadership team to formulate the growth strategy and execute companywide initiatives
Help drive accountability throughout the organization by setting up the operating rhythm that bridges strategy, execution and performance
Evaluate strategic growth opportunities in collaboration with the product and business teams
Support the build out of the Executive team, scaling to Public Company readiness and beyond
Lead the preparation and production of executive meetings for the Leadership team, including Board, Senior Management updates and analyst preparations
You Are
A mature, dependable, highly efficient and reliable problem-solver that is comfortable with the unknown and able to make decision with limited information. You possess the ability to influence and drive cross-functional initiatives
Master’s degree in Business Administration or similar field
Strong project management, coordination, and reporting skills
Experience working closely with Executive and senior leadership
7+ years in a business or executive management role
Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
Extra Awesome
Experience with data analysis
Experience with M&A integrations
Experience with budget management
Consulting experience with a focus on operations management
Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
