Sr Billing Analyst

This role is integral in creating the best billing experience for OneTrust customers while also identifying and driving A/R process improvements. The ideal candidate will be the subject matter expert for their function and a highly effective communicator who is organized, efficient, forward thinking, and able to work autonomously. The candidate will join the A/R Operations team as an individual contributor and report directly to the Manager of Credit & Collections. Someone who appreciates a fast paced and intellectually stimulating environment. You are well organized and able to prioritize tasks based on their importance to the business. Your Mission  Process customer billings (recurring, one-time, and professional services) and verify the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of invoices Responsible for reviewing and answering inquiries promptly to meet SLAs Play a key role in projects automating billing functions within Workday and Salesforce Assist in identifying process improvements and provide guidance to leadership Research and resolve customer inquiries related to billing disputes and ensure they are escalated to the appropriate parties Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements Assist with quarter-end audit requests Your Experience Includes Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 4+ years of experience in a billing and accounts receivable field Salesforce experience a must, including CPQ and related systems, Workday Financials experience a nice to have Experience in a subscription-based business preferred Our Commitment to You  When you join OneTrust you are stepping onto a launching pad — the countdown has begun.
