About the Role:
As a Digital Portfolio Marketing Associate, you will report directly to the Marketing Manager for our Small Business Lending Group to build customer relationships and drive existing customer portfolio performance by working on email, direct mail, and improving the website experience for our fast-growing business. Our marketers use robust data analyzing techniques to draw insights in order to make recommendations or improvements. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal departments and marketing to implement and execute marketing campaigns that will drive business results.
Responsibilities:
Manage email and SMS marketing campaigns within CRM to drive lead conversion, increase customer portfolio performance and support product launches or changes
Identify target audiences, develop campaign strategies, drive testing programs, and own the creative process
Conduct daily optimizations for lead conversion and portfolio marketing by delivering insights on segment performance and campaign performance
Partner with internal stakeholders and outside vendors to develop and execute lead conversion and portfolio marketing campaigns
Monitor trends on deliverability, complaint rates, bounce rates, and Sender Score rank to ensure market efficiency and to identify new opportunities
Provide status reports on progress, forecasts, results, challenges, and achievements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or other business-related/quantitative fields of study
5+ years’ in Marketing or related business function (i.e. Strategy, Planning, Operations)
Knowledge of MS Excel, Microstrategy or other data visualization tools
Knowledge of HTML coding, email best practices, and technical platforms on which campaigns are built and executed (i.e. Salesforce or other CRM)
Experience gathering and interpreting data to provide solutions and strategize
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence
