As our Engineering Manager you’ll help us build the future of banking. You’ll be joining a team who have helped build companies like Chime, Twitter, Instacart, McKinsey, Etsy, eBay and more. We’re a team of A-players who are all in on solving big, important problems. Feeling it? REQUIREMENTS As Engineering Manager , you’ll be working on our core banking product. You’ll get to build solutions for important problems facing small business owners across the country, deliver our product roadmap and help build a category defining FinTech product.  The skills required for this role -  You’ve worked in a high impact Engineering Manager role for at least 1 year You’ve worked in a high impact Software Engineer role for at least 3 years You’ve had deep experience building magical digital customer experiences with modern techstacks (e.g., ReactJS, GraphQL, TypeScript) You’re a skilled leader. You understand how communicate ambitious targets to your team and how to coach them to consistently deliver world class software You are a natural problem solver and you love working hand in hand with product managers to build the right solution You’re the best listener in the room and understand how to work with stakeholders regardless of their technical level Bonus points -  Experience in FinTech Built a digital product from 0 to 1 or worked on a major refactor of a digital product You come from a family of small business owners You have a non-traditional or diverse background (personal or professional).
